Competition levels are as follows (levels provided by the official RN forum)
Competition Levels (at least 10 ppl or go down until enough)
Level 1 - starting from 0 pp
Level 2 - starting from 2.500
Level 3 - starting from 10.000
Level 4 - starting from 25.000
Level 5 - starting from 50.000
Level 6 - starting from 100.000
Level 7 - starting from 150.000
Level 8 - starting from 200.000
For first level there will always be a competition, even if not 10 players in city

Czyli żeby miec dostęp do danej grupy konkurowej należy miec odpowiednią ilośc prestiżu

Dodatkowo żeby konkurs z danej grupy byłvwygenerowany, potrzeba min. 10 osób w mieście którzy już mają potrzebną ilość

Czyli żeby w mieście wygenerowały się konki powiedzmy z levela 5 to minimum 10 osób musi mieć 50 000 prestiżu
